I will initiate a Return and provide you with a free return shipping label. Once I receive your product, I will provide you with full refund via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your O’Riginals Trading Co. product is damaged or needs to be repaired, please let me know and in most cases I can take care of that for you or I will replace your product if within 1 year when possible.
All O’Riginals Trading Co. eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for 1 year If parts break I will fix them or replace the glasses entirely. O’Riginals Trading Co.’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses.
